01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

03Eligibility

Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source following identity verification.

Geographic Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Players who are found to be accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 67bat Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 67bat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all bonus winnings, and retain any withdrawable balances pending investigation.

04Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 67bat Platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (NID).
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• A valid email address that you own and can access.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your preferred payment method details for deposit and withdrawal processing.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to update it promptly if any details change. 67bat reserves the right to request documentary verification of any Account information at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Supporting documents typically required include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and a selfie with your NID for biometric confirmation.

Account Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 67bat may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. 67bat does not charge a fee for the KYC verification process. 05Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

67bat will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised wagers resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If 67bat has reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, it may temporarily suspend the Account and require identity re-verification before restoring access.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

67bat accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within two minutes of payment confirmation.

67bat does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits. Any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your 67bat Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed by 67bat within an average of ten minutes from approval. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi institutions typically clear within two to four hours during business hours.

67bat reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal if:

• Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending review.
• The withdrawal triggers an anti-money laundering review under 67bat's internal compliance protocols.
• There is an active dispute or investigation associated with your Account.
• A bonus wagering requirement on your Account has not yet been fully satisfied.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 67bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — is available as pre-match and live in-play betting. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued.

67bat reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet where:

• The odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error and the bet was placed at a manifestly incorrect price.
• The outcome of the event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed (late betting).
• There is evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or insider information in connection with the event.
• A technical fault affected the integrity of the event's result or the accuracy of the live data feed used for settlement.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the 67bat Platform — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the individual rules of each game as specified by the relevant Game Provider. 67bat does not develop its own games and is not responsible for game-level decisions, which are determined exclusively by the Game Provider's certified RNG or live dealing protocols. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to complete the round based on the last server-confirmed game state. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager may be returned to your Account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

General Bonus Conditions

Where bonus abuse is identified, 67bat reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to permanently suspend the Account.

09Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67bat Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or contact details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or providing false information about your age during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds calculation for financial gain without reporting the issue to 67bat support.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or funding your Account using payment methods registered in someone else's name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security infrastructure of the Platform.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 67bat Platform — including but not limited to the 67bat brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio-visual elements, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 67bat or its respective licensors and Game Providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from 67bat.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67bat shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement decisions attributable to technical faults or data provider errors, where 67bat takes corrective action within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity, regardless of the amount wagered or the frequency of play.
• Actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or network infrastructure providers that affect the availability or accuracy of Platform services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 67bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

By registering on 67bat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:
